Ordering

Ordering your new Fulcrum Mobile Clothesline can be done on our Shop Now page.

Simply select the size, colour and quantity of the clothesline or parts that you want.
Then add your selection to your shopping cart.
When you are happy with your selections, you can either press the prooceed to checkout button and you will be directed to the payment page, or you can continue to shop for other items.
When you are finished you can press on the shopping cart in the top right corner and this will take you to the checkout.
Your details will be taken for delivery including billing name and address.
Then your payment will be taken. You will receive an invoice with an individual order number.

Fulcrum Mobile Clothelines accepts payment via Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal.

Prices shown on this website are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include a 10% GST (Goods and Services Tax).

International customers should contact us prior to placing your order so we can confirm costs with you.
International purchases shall not attract GST to the cost.
When we bill overseas customers we use the exchange rate of the day as listed on
http://www.ozforex.com.au/exchange-rate

Cancelling an order:
Fulcrum Mobile Clotheslines will accept cancellation of an order up until it has been shipped.
Cancellation should be made directly via email to sales@fulcrummobileclotheslines.com.au or by phone on +61 040 944 2100 during business hours.
Please have your order number available to advise us.

Delivery

Your new clothesline will be delivered in 2 seperate cartons.
One contains the end frame and the other contains the length frame.
We have done it this way to allow for easier handling and up or downgrading of the length if desired by a customer at a later stage.

We happily arrange for a direct delivery to your doorstep.
Delivery will be added at the checkout when you are buying your new Fulcrum Mobile Clothesline.
This currently applies to Australian capital city metropolitain areas.

For delivery outside of the metropolitan area of Australian capital cities and Internationally,  please contact us and we can calculate and advised you at order time.
In those cases, we will reply to you regarding delivery costs following feedback from the selected courier service.

Delivery will be made via a 3rd party courier company.
Following dispatch confirmation you will receive a package tracking number when provided by the courier company.

If for some reason the companies that deliver to your area will not perform a delivery to your door, you may be required to collect from their depot.
This may occur in regional areas. We will make our best effort to acheive the doorstep delivery, but if for some reason this is not possible we will advise you.

Installation

The Fulcrum Mobile Clothesline has been designed for easy assembly and full instructions are provided..
All main frame connections are made with sturdy 10mm bolts. 2 spanners are included in the package.
If however you would like to have your Fulcrum Mobile Clothesline assembled we can arrange for that.

Presently our fixed price assembly is only available in the Perth Metro area only.
Outside of this area additional charges will apply.

We are looking for installation partners in states outside of Western Australia - please contact us if you feel you meet the requirements for clothesline installation and have experience to match!

Refunds and Returns

Fulcrum Mobile Clothesline's complies fully with the Consumer Laws as prescribed by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission.

Fulcrum Mobile Clothesline is happy to receive returns per the following conditions:

1. The Fulcrum Mobile Clothesline received has a major problem.
Examples of a major problem are - it is unsafe, significantly different from description, or does not do what we said it would.
2. The purchaser then contacts Fulcrum Mobile Clotheslines to advise that they will be returning the item and advise what is the Major problem.
3. Proof of purchase is required to be submitted - preferably via email when contact regarding return is made.
4. Purchaser agrees to pay the cost of the return of the full set of parts as delivered..

Unfortunately returns will not be accepted if you simply changed your mind.

Fulcrum Mobile Clothesline's complies fully with the Consumer Laws as prescribed by the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.

Subject to the requirements of any applicable Act or legislation and to the extent permitted by law, no liability (whether expressed or implied) of
any nature whatsoever, is accepted by Fulcrum Mobile Clotheslines for any consequential loss, damage or injury arising as a result of any fault
in the Products.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for
a major failure and for compensation for any foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the
goods fail to be acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Warranty Definitions
Fulcrum Mobile Clotheslines, Our or we are used in reference to Fulcrum Designs Pty Ltd (ABN 11 092 044 543).
Products is used to describe items manufactured by or on behalf of Fulcrum Mobile Clotheslines
Material is used to describe a material or component used in the manufacture of the components by or for Fulcrum Mobile
Clotheslines.
Warranty is used to in reference to the Warranty period for the products sold by Fulcrum Mobile Clotheslines. It commences from the
date of purchase. Any product or part that is replaced or repaired will not result in an extension to the original warranty period.
      5.   Workmanship is used to describe the works performed on or by Fulcrum Mobile Clotheslines for the manufacturing,
            assembly, packaging or handling of the products

Warranty Duration
Fulcrum Mobile Clotheslines offers the following Warranty for the Fulcrum Mobile Clothesline products. This warranty is in addition to that
required by the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.
1. 5 years from date of purchase:
We will repair or replace at our discretion, any part of the “steel frame” where frame failure occurs due to corrosion. The components described
as the “steel frame” are made from square and rectangular hollow steel sections or formed sheet steel plate components.
2. 12 months from date of purchase:
We will repair or replace at our discretion, any components that fails due to faulty workmanship or defective materials.
This includes plastic items, line wire, pins, fasteners and wheels.
If the product is or has been used for commercial purposes, warranty period of 1 year applies for the entire unit.
Warranty Claims
Fulcrum Mobile Clotheslines advises that if any time during the warranty period the clothesline, or any part of it fails due to a problem arising
from Workmanship or a Material fault, we will choose to repair or replace the part or product.
In order for this to occur the following procedure must be followed.
1. When the purchaser becomes aware of a problem or fault they shall contact Fulcrum Mobile Clotheslines as soon as possible.  The
purchaser should not continue to use the product to prevent any further damage.
When submitting your claim we will require as a minimum the following information:
Name, Address, Contact number, Email address, Place of purchase, Original proof of purchase (receipt), detailed description of the problem
(photograph would be extremely helpful).

2. Once we have received your claim we will review it to determine if it is a major or minor defect or fault.
Fulcrum Mobile Clotheslines may be required to arrange for inspection of the item.
Depending on the outcome of that review we will decide to either repair or replace the part or the product.
3. The purchaser must bear the cost of claiming against the warranty. The purchaser will be responsible for paying any transport charges on,
and damages and loss incurred in connection with the transportation of this appliance to and from Fulcrum Mobile Clotheslines or its
accredited service agents’ premises.
4. Any parts replacement due to approved warranty claim will be sent to you free of charge (including delivery) with replacement instructions.

Warranty Exclusions
Fulcrum Mobile Clotheslines are to be used for the purpose of air drying of laundry only and should be done so in accordance with the
operating instructions provided.
The Warranty excludes the following:
• Damage caused during shipping or transportation
• Damage caused through misuse or abuse
• Damage through normal wear and tear
• Damage as a result of installing any items that are not part of the original delivered package items.
• Damage due to the installation and use of non-genuine spare parts
• Damage due to incorrect installation or construction
• Damage due to overloading
• Damage due to abnormal or excessive weather conditions - examples - storm damage, fire, hail, high winds, high humidity, excessive
salt spray (coastal proximity), chemical fallout, or any other act of god.
• Damage, failure or deterioration due to sea air exposure. Products used in coastal areas can be subject to excessive salt spray.
Regular rinsing with fresh water may assist in prolonging the components in general.
Damage due to the hiring out of the unit to any person or persons.
Warranty Limitations
Fulcrum Mobile Clotheslines provides no other warranties or representations other than those stated in this Warranty. Product or Part
replacement is the maximum limit of Fulcrum Mobile Clotheslines liability under this warranty.
